Before Submitting a Copyright Complaint

DMCA Takedown Notice — Required Information

Your written notice must include all 6 items below:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works).

2. Identification of the infringing material including URL(s) or info sufficient to locate the material.

3. Your contact information — full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

4. Good faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. Accuracy statement — under penalty of perjury — that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name suffices).

Counter-Notification Procedures

If you believe material was removed by mistake, file a counter-notification with:

1. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal.

2. Good faith statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

3. Your name, address, and phone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant Federal District Court.

4. Your physical or electronic signature (full legal name suffices).

Repeat Infringer Policy

TelegramODX has adopted a policy of terminating accounts of users deemed to be repeat infringers, at our sole discretion, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable laws.

Content on TelegramODX related to modified Telegram applications references Telegram’s open-source code (GPL v2/v3 licensed).
